Sell services on your WooCommerce store, not just products

Woo Sell Services turns any WooCommerce product into a service. The buyer pays at your normal checkout, then answers your questions, chats with the seller and receives the finished work on the same order.

How an order runs

How does an order work from payment to delivery?

Four steps, all inside the normal WooCommerce order.

  1. The service is a normal product

You list the service in your catalog like any product, with an estimated delivery time.

  2. The buyer answers your questions

After payment, the buyer fills in the requirement questions you set for that service.

  3. Work happens on the order

Chat, shared files and a status tracker sit on the order. Both sides get notifications, and the vendor gets an email on each new order.

  4. The seller delivers

The seller attaches the final file and marks the order delivered. Ratings follow.

In your store

Where do services show up in my store?

In your normal shop, next to everything else you sell. A service is a WooCommerce product with the Service checkbox ticked, so it uses the product pages, the cart and the checkout you already have.

  • Works on simple, variable, grouped and external products
  • An estimated delivery time on every service
  • Requirement questions the buyer answers after payment
  • Recurring services with WooCommerce Subscriptions

Multivendor

Can other people sell their services on my store?

Yes. Services join the vendor workflow you already run.

Dokan, WCFM and WC Vendors

Woo Sell Services works with all three. Vendors create and manage their own services from the frontend.

Co-authors and support agents

A vendor can add a co-author or a support agent to a service, or to a single order.

Ratings on the product

A vendor's rating syncs to the standard WooCommerce product review. Want the whole marketplace built for you?
