How to involve additional support agent ?

What if you are busy these days and want to assign the service order to an additional support agent?

What if the client has some out of the box requirements? 

What if you need a team of several people to achieve your customer’s desires.


To fulfill all these requirements vendor can add multiple support agents into their services. To add additional support agent follow below steps:

  1. Navigate to products>Add New>
  2. Go to Product data section
  3. Select Service checkbox
  4. A new Requirement section will appear just above the Product data  section.
  5. Now you can add additional support agent.
